Welcome and scope of the law
Welcome to our Internal Information System (hereinafter, IIS) for reporting information obtained in a work or professional context with Rotorsun S.L. (hereinafter, Rotorsun).
Through this system, you may report violations of European Union law, as well as actions or omissions that may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, governing the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and anti-corruption measures.
How the whistleblower can act
Rotorsun’s internal channel allows information to be submitted in writing, verbally, or both. As a whistleblower, you may choose to make the report through the following means:
- By phone (external management): + 34 91 091 74 04 (Code: 44512)
- Web application (external management): https://canaldenunciascms.com/rotorsun/
- In person or by mail: with the Criminal Compliance Body / IIS Officer at the whistleblower’s request, at the address: Atalaya de Tébar s/n, P.O. Box 94, ZIP 30880.
Your report should contain as much information as possible that you have. You should not submit any personal data that is not relevant to the report.
When you submit information through any of the available channels, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your report within 7 calendar days of its receipt, unless doing so could compromise the confidentiality of the communication. Please note that if you make your report by phone from a landline number, you will need to provide your email address or mobile phone number in order to receive the acknowledgment. Otherwise, we will be unable to send you this confirmation.
How your report is managed
In handling reports submitted through this internal information system, the confidentiality of the provided data and the protection of whistleblowers and any involved third parties are guaranteed at all times, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20.
Each report will be automatically assigned a unique case number, and the whistleblower will receive an acknowledgment of receipt confirming the submission.
For reports submitted anonymously, the system will display the acknowledgment of receipt on-screen and provide you with a code that you must keep, as it is the only way to access your report, track the case, communicate with the person handling it, provide additional information, or respond to any requests for information.
Once the report is received, the person responsible for its management will conduct a preliminary analysis to determine whether it falls within the scope of the IIS and whether an investigation should be initiated.
Within 3 months, extendable by another 3 months in cases of special complexity, you will receive information about the actions taken and, where applicable, the outcome of the investigation.
Data protection
Please note that the personal data you provide in your report will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.
Anonymity
You may submit your report completely anonymously through the web application.

It is also possible to report through external channels, either directly or after prior notification via the aforementioned internal channel of Rotorsun.
